pk1945 Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings set out below:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on pk1945 for the purpose of accessing the Platform's services.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's pk1945 wallet at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or matched deposit amounts credited to a Player's account under a specific promotional offer.
• "Platform" means the pk1945 website, mobile interface, games library, sportsbook, live casino, and all related services operated by the Company.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the Platform is restricted, prohibited, or unlicensed, as determined by applicable law or Company policy.
• "Verification Documents" means any government-issued identification (including CNIC), proof of payment method, or other documents requested by pk1945 to verify a Player's identity, age, or payment method.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal can be processed against those funds.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register an account on pk1945, you must meet the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and for the entire duration of your account's existence:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by local law as it applies to you personally.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, and a valid email address.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended pk1945 account. Only one account per person, household, IP address, or payment method is permitted.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party. Registering or playing on behalf of another individual is strictly prohibited.

pk1945 reserves the right to request Verification Documents at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of routine anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your pk1945 account. This includes all bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawals requested, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you personally.

• You must keep your login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and must not share them with any other person.
• You must notify pk1945 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• pk1945 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You must update your account information promptly if any details change, including your email address or registered mobile number.
• pk1945 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

pk1945 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and USDT. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000 for verified accounts.
• Deposits are credited to your pk1945 wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. pk1945 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Third-party withdrawals — i.e., sending funds to a payment account not registered in your name — are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for account suspension.
• pk1945 targets withdrawal processing within 30 minutes of approval. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• pk1945 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which pk1945 bears no responsibility.
• All funds deposited into pk1945 must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits originating from anonymous, unverified, or third-party sources will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

pk1945 offers a range of promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as the specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the individual offer terms, which may include account verification status, deposit method, minimum deposit amount, and prior bonus activity.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance and are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• Wagering Requirements and eligible games are specified in each promotion's terms. Bets placed on excluded games will not contribute to Wagering Requirements and may result in bonus forfeiture.
• pk1945 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not retroactively reduce the value of a bonus already credited and partially wagered.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including, but not limited to, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or providing false information to qualify for an offer — will result in forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings, as well as possible permanent account closure.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and carry no cash value independent of the Wagering Requirement unless a specific offer states otherwise.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets available on pk1945 are governed by product- specific rules published within each game interface or betting market. The following general rules apply across all pk1945 products:

• All bets and game outcomes are final once confirmed by the Platform. pk1945 does not accept requests to void, reverse, or modify a confirmed bet or game result except where a technical error on pk1945's systems is demonstrated and substantiated.
• pk1945 operates on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live casino games. The RNG is independently audited to ensure statistical fairness.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a live session, pk1945 will apply the result that was active at the moment the session was interrupted, based on server-side logs. pk1945's decision in such matters is final.
• Cricket and sports betting markets are settled according to official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB, ICC). In-play markets are settled based on the state of play at the time of confirmed bet placement, as recorded by pk1945 servers.
• pk1945 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds caused by a pricing error. Players will be notified and the original stake returned in full in such cases.
• Maximum win limits per game session or betting market may apply and are disclosed within the relevant game or market interface.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk1945 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds:

• Registering or operating more than one account on pk1945 under any name, email address, IP address, device, or payment method.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or the verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider trading on sports events, or any form of manipulation of game or match outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's systems for financial gain. Identified bugs must be reported to pk1945 support immediately.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in live casino games or poker formats to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to launder money or otherwise use pk1945 as a vehicle for financial crime.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, where the Player is personally subject to such prohibition.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the pk1945 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, data, audio, video, and structural design — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk1945 or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any portion of the Platform's content without prior written consent from pk1945.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use pk1945's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context without a separate written licensing agreement.

9 Privacy & Data

pk1945 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an account, you consent to pk1945's data processing activities as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Collection of registration data (name, CNIC details, date of birth, email, mobile number) for identity verification and account management purposes.
• Collection of transaction data for AML compliance, dispute resolution, and financial record-keeping.
• Use of session and device data to detect fraud, enforce responsible gaming limits, and improve Platform performance.
• Retention of player records for a minimum period required by applicable regulatory obligations, which may extend beyond the date of account closure.

10 Responsible Gaming

pk1945 is committed to providing a safe, controlled gaming environment. The Platform offers the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from every verified player's account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps that the Platform enforces automatically. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications at defined session intervals to remain aware of time spent on the Platform.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount of real-money losses permitted within a defined period. Once the limit is reached, access to real-money games is temporarily suspended until the period resets.

11 Suspension & Termination

pk1945 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to provide satisfactory Verification Documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for any illegal purpose.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, withdrawals may be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation confirms a material breach, any Balance associated with the breach may be forfeited in addition to permanent account closure. pk1945 will return legitimate funds not associated with the breach to the Player's registered payment method.

A Player may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting pk1945 support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding withdrawal requests or the Company's right to retain records in compliance with regulatory obligations.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk1945 and its officers, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Losses arising from events outside pk1945's reasonable control, including internet outages, payment processor failures, regulatory interventions, or natural disasters.
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms or applicable laws.
• The conduct of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service providers integrated with the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by pk1945's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk1945 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies designated under that licensing framework.

Before initiating formal dispute proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact pk1945 support to seek an informal resolution. pk1945 is committed to resolving Player complaints fairly and in a timely manner. All formal complaints must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 60 days of the event giving rise to the dispute.

14 Amendments to These Terms

pk1945 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pk1945 will notify Players via a prominent notice on the Platform and, where applicable, by email to the registered account address. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure.
